Jacob Davidson is a multimedia artist whose practice spans sculpture, painting, and digital media. Grounded primarily in sculptural processes, his work explores the intersections of art and science, drawing on influences from technology, philosophy, and science fiction. Central to his practice is the human body both as subject and as material through which he examines ideas of identity, transformation, and post-human possibility’s. Davidson’s works often combine traditional making with digital techniques, creating objects that blur the boundaries between the organic and the mechanical, the real and the speculative.
